Kolt has officially been a big brother for a week now. Overall, I think he is doing wonderfully! Does he have his moments of jealousy? Most certainly. But he has rose to the occasion beautifully and is a fantastic big brother.

I’m pretty sure it was love at first sight for him. He proudly announces “My Sister!” when anyone comes by to visit. He wants to make sure everyone knows that she is his! It’s so cute! He is constantly wanting to hold her and give her kisses. He loves helping me change her diaper and get her dressed. He even tries to share snacks and toys with her.

 Naptime and nighttime has probably been our biggest challenges. He certainly has trouble at times sharing mommy. And sharing mommy’s milk. I try to make sure Kolt has some special mommy and me time each day. And that one on one time is very special to both of us. He is learning. He is growing up. And I’m so proud of him. I’m pretty sure he’s the best big brother ever!
