The Kids

Kolton Douglas was born December 6, 2009 at Camp Lejeune Naval Hospital. He was born at 38 week weighting 6 pounds, 4 ounces, and was 20 inches long! The day he was born my life changed forever. I’m pretty sure he’s kept me on my toes since day one. Kolt is an amazing little boy. He is a perfect combination of Mommy and Daddy. He is the light of my life and constantly brings a smile to my faces. Kolt constantly reminds me how incredibly blessed I am. He keeps me going when the going gets tough. He has a huge personality. He is determined, opinionated, and insists on getting his own way! He is a mama’s boy and still loves breastfeeding. Kolt loves being on the farm and helping Pap with all the chores. Tractors, cows, trucks, dogs, and motorcycles are among a few of his favorite things.

Baby #2, a girl, is due to arrive sometime around Feburary 27, 2012. Yes, she does have a name, but I’m keeping it a secret until she’s born. I swear she never sleeps. She is constantly kicking and pushing around in my belly. I’m pretty sure she can’t wait to meet her big brother because she always makes herself known when he’s on my lap or talking to my belly.

I am so lucky that God has blessed me with such beautiful children!
